The CorkSport Power Series Dual Exit 60mm Catted Exhaust for the 2010 Mazda3
Sedan in 2.5L is available for both Sedan & Hatch.
Featuring Dual Resonators, a Race pipe with a high flow catalytic converter that fits on the factory exhaust the system, and
picks up all of the stock hanger locations. The dual tailpipe design
eliminates the large 11Kg factory tailpipe muffler and features dual
non-resonated CorkSport badged dual wall 90mm Exhaust Tips.
Installation of the exhaust system and CorkSport SRI on the 2.5L
exhibited up to 20lbft of torque gains in the midrange with a
consistent 10-12hp gain through the entire powerband. Stock Peak
HP & Torque were 158/161, and the intake and exhaust built 171hp
and 171lbft of torque.
As a configurable option, a 60mm racepipe with or without high flow
catalytic converter is available that attaches between the factory
header downpipe flange and the front compression fitting of the
cat-back portion of the exhaust system. This configuration adds
60 to the price of
the system for the racepipe, 260 for the racepipe with high flow
catalyst. Installation of the cat back system require cutting your
factory exhaust system after the second catalyst. The race pipe
versions of the exhaust are bolt on with no cutting required.
As with all of our Power Series Exhaust Systems, the system features
TIG welded mandrel bent and polished T304 Stainless Steel
components. Full installation instructions and all of the needed
hardware is included. Telephone installation support is also

The system sounds great - with a very mild but noticable difference at
cruise and idle and a distinctive bark at wide open throttle and free
